The Bluebrick Leadership Programme was selected for its unique blend of facilitator led training, combined with challenging and fun activities. The Leadership Development Programme that I attended was about enhancing and developing my core management skills which would help me to become a more effective, dynamic and inspirational manager. The programme really opened up my mind and thought process, not just in my approach to the people I work with, my team and the direction of my career, but also how some of the disciplines could be applied in my life outside of work.
