Who we are

Bluebrick Consulting is led by Carrie FitzGerald who is an experienced facilitator and coach who has a Corporate background in human resources and training, having held specialist and generalist HR and L&D roles in the worlds of Health & Beauty, IT and management consultancy. She has substantial experience of both leading teams herself and advising clients on how to maximise the effectiveness of their people and business units in a multi-site, multi-cultural context.

Carrie set up Bluebrick Consulting in 2002 and works with a small team of associates to deliver client solutions to organisations in the Luxury Sector. The Bluebrick business focuses on three main service lines namely: Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Team Development.

Carrie holds a Masters Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Kingston University; is a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development; is qualified in the use of psychometric instruments (levels A & B); is a Certified MBTI Practitioner; is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming; is a Professionally Qualified Coach (i-coach academy) and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

The underpinning philosophy of Bluebrick Consulting is to combine a practical and creative approach in encouraging people to examine and subsequently extend their own performance and the performance of their teams.
